What your days will look like;

• Managing and overseeing a portfolio of Home Care Packages clients
• Working with the rostering team to schedule the most appropriate carers for your clients
• Collaborating with the Frontline Team Leader to ensure the carers are equipped to service your clients in the best possible way
• Managing issues, mitigating risks, and overall providing exceptional care to your clients
• Identifying potential risks and implementing processes to enhance safety and mitigate them

What you will need to be successful;

• Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• COVID vaccination & booster
