Clinical Assessor – Registered Nurse

We are partnering with a leading Aged Care team to secure their next Registered Nurse to join their collaborative and well-established Clinical Assessment Team. This is an exciting opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and drive change within Aged Care.

What We’re Looking For:

• You are a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months of Aged Care experience.
• You have experience with ACFI processes or AN-ACC assessments.
• You possess strong clinical documentation skills and excel at building client relationships.
• You are organized and proficient with computer systems
• You hold a current AHPRA registration.
• You have a current and valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• You have your COVID-19 vaccination and booster

What your days will look like:

• You will travel to people’s homes in and around the wider Hobart region, conducting thorough clinical assessments
• Writing up reports, advising on the clinical outcomes and recommendations
• Building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them on next steps
