About the Role:
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight across community-based services
- Support, mentor and guide care staff to deliver safe, high-quality care
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies and accreditation requirements
- Build strong relationships with clients, families and key stakeholders
- Contribute to service improvement, care planning and team development
About You You’ll bring:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience in community care, aged care or care coordination
- Strong clinical knowledge with a passion for leadership and quality outcomes
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative, supportive leadership style
