Being part of the team means you will engage in diverse and impactful work, including;

• Engaging and delivering high-quality services to a diverse caseload, from ages 4 up to and including aged care.
• Conducting your work in the comfort of the client’s home or preferred environment to align with the ICF framework
• Engaging with clients with various diagnoses and presentations under the NDIS and other government funding schemes. This includes dysphagia, functional communication, speech and language, and other language disorders.
• Engaging in regular supervision, mentoring, and reporting sessions to continually and consistently feel supported while enhancing your clinical growth and expertise.
• Regularly evaluate progress and outcomes using relevant clinical assessments.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss outcomes with clients, family members, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports that aid future planning, budgeting, and recommended strategies.
• Engaging in regular group and partner case studies to continually build and develop your clinical expertise.
