We are partnering with a leading aged care business in Australia to hire an Intake Consultant for our Home Care Team. This new role is essential for growing our home care services in the Wangaratta region whilst being supported by the well-established and growing teams located all across NSW, TAS, and VIC.

In this role, you will:

• Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and in person to understand their needs and promote our home care services.
• Seek new referrals for the Home Care Package program and educate clients on services.
• Nurture warm leads, maintain regular contact, and convert them to clients.
• Build strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers and community organizations.
• Keep accurate records in the CRM database and report to management on client acquisition activities.
• Manage referrals through the My Aged Care portal and ensure prompt follow-up.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking and market research.
• Understand client fees and effectively communicate this information to prospects.
• Coordinate administrative processes, including managing waitlists.
