What your days will look like:
- Deliver a holistic, person-centered approach to support our aging clients, maximising their mobility, functional capacity, independence, and well-being.
- Provide relevant professional services based on individual client needs and goals.
- This role will require travel around the ACT.
- Conduct home modification assessments and provide recommendations for aids and equipment.
- Engage in health promotion activities and offer related advice.
What you will need to be successful:
- Recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy (OT).
- Current NDIS worker check and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Registration with AHPRA.
- Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR).
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for travel when required.
- Ability and commitment to work with a customer-centered approach.
