We have partnered with a well-known, locally recognised, and loved Residential Aged care Provider to recruit their newest Registered Nurse – In Charge. NOW is a great time to join this reputable provider!
  
As the Full-Time RN In Charge, your role will involve leadership to care staff whilst providing various clinical care and support services to residents. The 140-bed facility is situated in the heart of the coastal community of Devonport and offers ample free parking and beautiful coastal walks during your lunch break.

What your days will look like;

• You will enjoy working Monday to Friday 3pm to 11pm – NO WEEKEND WORK!
• Provide leadership to the care staff by promoting a team-based and consumer-focused environment
• Ensure that all staff adhere to their scope of practice and maintain high standards of care, professionalism, and customer service
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes and procedures, and effectively communicate these initiatives

“What you will need to be successful;

• Recognised tertiary degree
• NDIS worker check, WWVP check
• Current AHPRA registration
• 3 x COVID vaccinations and latest Flu vaccination
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Ability and commitment to work with a customer-centred approach
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
