This beautiful facility is situated in the heart of the Noosa community, where you will provide residents with various clinical care and support services. You will utilise your strong clinical and leadership skills to support their wider care team, assist residents in achieving a higher level of independence, and ensure that their health and wellness are well-supported.

- Demonstrable experience working as an RN
- You hold your current APRHA registration
- A proven ability to take a holistic approach to client needs
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding to our clients and their families
- A positive and proactive approach to working collaboratively within a team and the broader community
- The ability to use initiative and work under pressure
What your days will look like:
- Provide nursing care to residents by ensuring their care is provided in a dignified manner
- Provide accurate documentation of daily care notes and observations as required
- Work closely with your teammates to ensure consistent care is provided to all our clients
- Support the broader team with your clinical expertise
