We have partnered with a leading Aged Care business in Australia, known for its innovative approach and commitment to quality care, to hire an experienced Scheduling Officer. We are looking for someone special, someone who is passionate and loves a challenge!

In this pivotal position, you will play a critical role in our mission to ensure that services are delivered to customers by coordinating the delivery of a team of community care workers. Your main goal will be to provide quality operational services while maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness, as well as meeting compliance and procedural requirements.

What your days will look like (mostly);

• Allocating support workers to clients and backfilling services when required
• Use the in-house software to ensure all parties are aware of when care is to be provided
• Collaborate with the broader team to ensure the right humans are allocated to the right clients
• Assist with client billing and timesheets
• Work from home half of the week

What you will need to be successful;

• Demonstrated ability to maintain information systems with a high degree of accuracy
• Experience in a rostering, allocations, and/or scheduling role – preferably in community care
• Exceptional time management skills, ability to work under pressure and tight timeframes
• Excellent time management skills and the flexibility to respond to client service requests
• COVID vaccination & booster
