  • Monday to Friday, no weekends or after-hours

  • $33.99 to $34.66 per hour + super + salary packaging

We have partnered with Australia’s leading Aged Care organisation, known for its innovative approach and commitment to quality care, to hire an experienced Administration and Intake Officer to work in a fast-paced environment. The purpose of this position is to engage all prospective clients in a timely manner ensuring all opportunities to grow our client numbers from referrals are fully utilised.

What your days will look like (mostly);

  • Providing support, accurate information, and handling intake and assessment for prospective and existing Commonwealth Home Support Package clients.
  • Coordinate the collection and entry of relevant information
  • Maintain a database of all incoming referrals across all programs
  • Onboarding of new clients when required
  • Manage incoming phone calls
  • Keep track of and effectively manage your email inbox.

  
What you will need to be successful;

  • High level of written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, volunteers, a range of service users, clients, carers, and the general public
  • Knowledge of Commonwealth Home Support Packages
  • Knowledge of My Aged Care portal is desirable
  • Proficient in the use of computer software including but not limited to word, excel, and emails
  • Police check (less than 6 months)
