Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to work in the Wagga Wagga Aged Care community – Flexible working hours!

  • Permanent Part Time 4 hours per day or 3 days per week – Flexible Hours
  • Providing client in home care travelling the Wagga Wagga region

We have partnered with our client who is exeriencing expansion of the team in Wagga Wagga NSW, we have a part time permanent position available for an experienced registered nurse to join their community team on the travelling all areas within their region; including Junee, Albury, Cootamundra and Wagga.

The hours will offer family friendly flexibility.

As a Community Nurse you will you will build rapport with your clients in their homes, whilst providing care and service to clients in line with their personalised care plans, including health assessments, chronic wound care and medication administration as well as providing education and support to the patient and their family.

What will set you apart from the rest?

With previous experience working in the community an advantage, but not essential, you will have experience delivering a broad range of nursing care and interventions, you are comfortable working autonomously with a patient centred approach.

  • Current unrestricted AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Working with children check
  • Current drivers’ licence & Comprehensive Insured, registered vehicle
  • Experience in PICC care/dressing/removal
  • Chronic wound care experience is a bonus
  • Competent IT skills/literacy
