An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Clinical Lead to join an incredible mental health service on a 6-month contract with an immediate start based in Kempsey.

The Opportunity As the Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of safe, accessible, and person-centred mental health support. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and support staff
• Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and professional development to team members
• Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with clinical governance and best practice frameworks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with health, community, and external stakeholders
• Oversee service operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and quality outcomes
• Support a positive team culture focused on collaboration, safety, and excellence

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant mental health discipline
• Current registration or accreditation with the relevant professional body
• Demonstrated experience in leading health, mental health, or community services
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and providing clinical supervision
• Strong knowledge of the Australian mental health system, legislation, and best practice standards
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
• Current Driver Licence, Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR, National Police Check, and Australian working rights
