We have 2 exciting opportunities available for an experienced Clinical Lead to join an incredible mental health service. 

1: 3 month contract with an immediate start based in Taree.
2: 6 month contract with an immediate start based in Kempsey.

Relocation assistance will be provided for the duration of the contract. 

The Opportunity

As the Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of safe, accessible, and person-centred mental health support. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and support staff
• Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and professional development to team members
• Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with clinical governance and best practice frameworks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with health, community, and external stakeholders
• Oversee service operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and quality outcomes
• Support a positive team culture focused on collaboration, safety, and excellence

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Tertiary level qualifications as a Registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse or other clinical disciplines related to mental health.
• Current AHPRA registration or AASW eligibility
• Current Driver Licence
• Current Blue Card
• Current National Police Check
• Strong knowledge of the mental health system, government policy and legislation, and professional standards and codes of ethics as they pertain to working with people and their mental health.
