We’re looking for an experienced Leader to take the helm of a Community Care team in Newcastle. This isn’t just management — it’s an opportunity to lead, innovate, and grow services that matter.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a passionate, multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality community care
- Take the lead on service growth initiatives and expand your team’s impact
- Ensure compliance with aged care and community care standards
- Oversee budgets, KPIs, and operational targets
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders
- Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Proven experience in Community, Aged Care, or Home Care leadership
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks
- Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational targets
- Ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams
- Passion for person-centred care and growing services in the community
